There are vitamins that can enhance a person’s memory. Any student, worker or elderly can buy this supplement within the pharmacy without having the doctor’s prescription. Vitamins that enhances one’s memory is one of the most common trends among students that will take the board exams. So, what are these memory supplements that can boost one’s memory?

Vitamins play an important role within the human body. There are many types of vitamins that play different function to sustain a person’s daily function.

Vitamin B

Vitamin B takes the first place among vitamins that boost up a person’s memory. Vitamin B is included in the list of water soluble vitamins. There are many types of vitamin B. However, not all of them contribute to the mind’s intelligence.

Vitamin B9 or folic acid is the first B vitamin. When a person ingested this type of vitamin, the tendency would be for him to absorb these vitamins within his blood stream. It is within the human’s blood vessels, in which the blood flows to supply the different organs of our body, that vitamin b9 plays its role.

Plaques or accumulation of fats within a person’s blood vessels are formed as time goes by. These plaques contribute with the turbulence of blood flow, and most importantly with its obstruction. If there is obstruction of these blood vessels that gives blood to a human brain, the tendency would be for a person to decrease its brain function. In this occurrence people are very prone to memory loss.

Pyridoxines as well as riboflavin have the same function. These two variants are also included in B vitamins.

Alpha tocopherols

The next vitamin is the alpha tocopherols. These vitamins are not just being used for aesthetic purposes as it gives a person a better looking skin.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps in the prevention of the formation of free radicals within the brain. The same function that vitamin C has contributed to the enhancement of a person’s memory.

These vitamins for memory might exist as it does not really matter whether a person will take it or not. What we don’t know is, in every little piece of these vitamins links us for a better memory.
